Here are a few potential causes that might link these issues:
1. **Electrical System Issues**: Given the range of problems, there could be a broader issue with your vehicle's electrical system. This could be due to a faulty wiring harness, a bad ground connection, or issues with the vehicle's central computer system. Intermittent electrical problems can often lead to the symptoms you're describing.
2. **Fuse or Relay Problems**: Check the fuses and relays associated with these systems. A failing relay or a blown fuse can cause intermittent issues like the ones you're experiencing.
3. **Control Module Issues**: Modern vehicles use various control modules to operate different systems. If the module that controls the backup camera, rear blower, and navigation system is malfunctioning, it could cause them to behave erratically.
4. **Loose or Corroded Connections**: Over time, connections can become loose or corroded, especially in areas exposed to the elements or high usage. This can cause intermittent failures in electrical systems.
5. **Software Glitches**: Sometimes, the software that controls these systems can develop glitches. A software update or reset (like the one suggested by your dealer) is a common fix, but if it didn't work, the issue might be more hardware-related.
It's not uncommon for seemingly unrelated vehicle systems to be interconnected through the vehicle's electrical or computer systems. A qualified technician, ideally one with experience in Dodge vehicles, should be able to diagnose the problem more accurately. They can use diagnostic tools to read any error codes from the vehicle's computer, which can provide insights into what's going wrong.

Sounds like a wiring problem sir if I was you I would remove the stereo and check the camera wire behind the stereo make sure it's not touching any ground and it's wired correctly

Hey there! Sounds like you've got a few electrical issues in your car. First things first, let's talk about that backup camera. Fuzzy visuals, red wavy lines, and sporadic functionality are classic signs of electrical issues. Before diving too deep, check the wiring. Make sure there are no frayed connections somewhere.
Now, about the rear blower acting flaky. Random on-and-off acts usually point to a wiring issue. Same deal, probably a short triggering it to cycle power on and off unpredictably. It might be time to give the blower motor resistor some attention.
And then there's the silent navigation system. If the battery reset didn't work, it could be a more intricate dance with the car's computer or a hiccup in the navigation unit itself. A diagnostic scan might unveil the mystery.
Here's the deal – these issues could be related. Cars, like us, sometimes have communication breakdowns between different systems. It might be worth getting a diagnostic scan done to see if any error codes spill the beans on what's going on. All those components likely tap into the same power wires. Vibration and normal wear over time can cause the insulation to break down and wires to touch, shorting out. Take it to a trustworthy mechanic, and let them work their diagnostic magic to pinpoint the root cause of the problem.
