To return a part at CarParts.com, you should:
Go to the online Returns Center on CarParts.com.
Enter your order number and email address.
Select the part(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts.
Choose your shipping option and submit your return.
Remember to include all items and components in the original package for the return. Inspect all packages upon receipt to ensure there are no broken, incorrect, or missing parts. Contact their team via Live Chat for assistance with your refund or replacement. However, be aware that CarParts.com does not process returns after a 90-day window has elapsed and is not responsible for damages during shipping. Refunds are processed within 24-72 hours after CarParts.com receives the returned parts. Once they inspect the parts, they will credit the refund to your original payment method and notify you via email. The refund may take an additional 1 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank
