No, not necessarily. If your truck is pulling to either side when driving. The first and most considered issue is your truck needs wheel alignment calibration. The 2nd issue is improper/low tire pressure or a worn-out tire. The 3rd issue could be faulty steering/suspension components such as control arms/ball joints and inner or outer tie rods, and the least culprit could be bad shocks or strut assembly. It is not easy to pinpoint the cause of the problem and may require the vehicle to be lifted up and the parts checked by a certified mechanic carefully. I hope this helps!
