I don't have an answer for your problem but I highlighted the location of any relay or fuse that has connection to the blowers, as well as their location in the car.
Where is the relay for front blower motor 2007 Honda Pilot
I replaced the blower motor resistor and now blower only starts for a second when key is turned to start engine and stops when engine is started.
