If you're referring to coolant/anti-freeze, then 2 gallons will be enough. Typically you just fill it until it's full, don't worry about over fillings for any excess will just expel from the overfill hose. Just be cautious that if any excess spills on electrical connectors it may damage them.

An automobile cooling and heating system typically hold 3 gallons of antifreeze. Different systems use different solutions in the water, including antifreeze, rust inhibitors, and mineral additives.

Hi there,
The type of coolant and volume for your Minivan is noted in the owner's manual of your vehicle. The basic proper mixture of the coolant-to-water ratio is 50/50 for most driving conditions. Use the recommended volume/quantity, as per the guidelines, in the owner's manual to avoid any issues. Most radiators for Minivans (4 or 6-cylinder engines) with the whole cooling system hold around 5 liters of coolant (mixed with water already). It may vary from vehicle to vehicle depending on the engine size. I hope this helps!
