Those are already major parts you have replaced and still experiencing no power (low voltage) at the voltage regulator even if you have replaced the battery, alternator, and even the regulator. Check these potential causes: 1. Wiring issues. Check the wiring connections from the voltage regulator to the battery and alternator. Check for loose or disconnected wires, damaged insulation, and corroded terminals. Loose contacts or broken wires interrupt the flow of electricity. 2. Blown fuse. Check the fuse box in your vehicle to see if all fuses are intact, and if not one is blown up. Replace the appropriate fuse if one is blown up. I hope this helps!
