It may be your injectors or fuel filter

Hi there,
There could be several reasons there is low efficiency on your Ford F350 6.7L diesel. Check these issues to consider: 1. Tire pressure. Low tire pressure can increase fuel consumption. Ensure all tires are inflated to the standard or ideal pressure, as noted on your truck's owner's manual. 2. Fuel quality. Poor quality of diesel being used. If the fuel has high sulfur content it will affect fuel efficiency. Load up high-quality diesel fuel from reputable gas stations all over. 3. Bad air filter. A clogged filter restricts airflow to the engine resulting in low fuel efficiency. 4. Driving habits. Check your driving style since being too aggressive with frequent acceleration, deceleration, and excessive idling results in reduced fuel efficiency. 5. Exhaust system problems. A restricted and faulty exhaust system, as well as issues with the diesel particulate filter (DPF), can impact fuel efficiency. These are factors you can focus on to fix the problem in your vehicle. I hope this helps!

My best bet would be to do new injectors and maybe replace your fuel filter. If it's getting that bad could be a bad throttle body aswell
