Hello there,
If the balancer belt pulley has seized up resulting in the balancer belt breaking. Here are the possible causes: 1. Lack of lubrication. Possible inadequate lubrication of the pulley after replacement. 2. A possible misalignment of the balancer belt pulley. 3. Pulley defective/damaged such as a worn bearing. 4. Incorrect belt tension can result in strain and failure. I hope this helps!
