You likely have water in your fresh air intake manifold. It's difficult to get water up there through the air filter but it's possible.
change your air filter. Let your vehicle dry out for a while (24hours) and try starting again. Either your MAF sensor sensed water or your fresh air is completely stopping fresh air from entering your intake manifold.
should start after changing your air filter and allowing it to dry out.
