Multiple misfires can be caused by many reasons from a faulty ignition system, fuel system, or internal engine failure. The most common reason for this to happen is faulty or worn-out spark plug coil packs, especially if it's been a while since you had a tune-up

Hi there,
There are several causes of engine misfiring. Those are ignition system issues, sensor or module problems, and mechanical issues (defective drivetrain components), as well. For more details on it. Click this link for more info from our Carparts knowledge database. It is best to run a diagnostic scanner to isolate the misfire. A trouble code should appear isolating the problem. The parts you have replaced did not pinpoint the exact source of the misfires. I hope this helps!
