No. Even if you have headers and a performance exhaust system, your truck has still an oxygen sensor installed. The trouble code points to a bad oxygen sensor (Bank 1, sensor 1). The upstream oxygen sensor. The powertrain control module (PCM) has detected inactivity from the upstream oxygen sensor on Bank 1.
