Hi Steve! The P0128 code can be caused from
Missy
- Thermostat - obviously not your issues, as you changed it 6 times.
- A bad coolant temperature sensor.
- The cooling fan is stuck on.
- A bad intake air temperature sensor.

Hi there,
The trouble code P0128 stands for engine coolant temperature below thermostat regulating temperature. But since you have changed that many times already, another possible culprit is the air temperature sensor (IAT) or a defective cooling fan. Please click this link for more details on this issue from our Carparts knowledge database. We do have a repair manual specific to your vehicle application. It is with part number 67020, by Haynes Publishing. Click this link to order it and could help you in your maintenance and troubleshooting activity. I hope this helps!
