It could be a faulty gas cap. It can happen with new ones. If not it's probably the fuel tank pressure sensor

Hi there,
The gas cap trouble codes P0456 and P0457 are the most common ones for gas cap issues and evaporative emissions. You’ll usually need a replacement cap at least once before your vehicle reaches 100,000 miles. Since you replaced the gas cap already and the problem remains means there is a problem with the evaporative emissions on your car. Have a mechanic run a diagnostic so it can identify a specific trouble code and pinpoint the exact part to replace. Click this link for more details about the check engine light on the gas cap warning. I hope this helps!

When you get a code for evap, its 8 times out of tten your gas cap if that doesnt fix the problem its one of your evap canisters that need to be replaced but better off replacing them all. If all that fails then could possibly be the fuel sensor but not lokely on somewhat newer vehicles.

I believe you have to clear the warning display from the dashboard....
