Have you changed the engine oil? And if so when you did was there if so there's a chance might need to change the vvvt solinoid the sludge build up will kill it and the valve so first go change your oil check your oil if it's all Goofy and stuff you can have to change the filter then we can change the soliniid, if it was bad pull ththe pan clean the pan and oil pickup tube as well.
