Unfortunately, there's no way to adjust the volume of the turn signal beep on your Tahoe. However, you might want to try checking your speaker. You can do this by turning on your hazard lights and listening for the sound. If it's quiet, then you might need to replace it. Or maybe cleaning it would do the trick. Over time, the speaker can accumulate dust and debris that can muffle the sound, Nothing a can of compressed air or a soft-bristled brush can't fix, though.
Another option: getting an aftermarket turn signal beeper. Could be worth the shot since it's relatively inexpensive anyway and can easily be installed by your trusted mechanic. Hope this helps!
