The light housing unit may be suited for a different body style. It's the same year an model just different body frame

Hello there.
It's likely that the technicians who installed the lights did not correctly adjust their aim after they were installed.
There are adjustment screws for the horizontal and vertical adjustments. Park the vehicle about 25 feet from the wall. Place tape about 4 feet high on the wall, which will be the centerline. Clockwise turns should raise the lights, while counterclockwise turns should lower the lights.
