Yes it n cause it not to start. That being bad it may not be sending enough for the spark plugs to get spark therefore vehicle will not start

Yes. The trouble code shows a defective ignition coil (the "C" primary/secondary circuit). The malfunction is showing specific ignition coil # 3.
