pretty sure it is the return hose which is held on with a clamp could be a bad clamp if it is really the pressure hose then replace it it is not designed to come out of it's fitting

How is the hose attached to the pump ? You cannot use a hose clamp if that what's being used you need an ANO CONNECTOR MEANT FOR HIGH PRESSURE
