Hello there.
If you're certain it's oil, not brake fluid, and the oil is coming from right behind the wheel, it could be a worn oil seal on your wheel hub, and the oil is coming from your axle. Remove the wheel and inspect the hub and axle for leaks. The part is simple and inexpensive to replace.

That would be axle seals/ driveshaft seals.
