Hi there,
Yes. You can still drive your vehicle if the engine splash shield is torn off and is not interfering with the operation of the engine's fan belt (any moving parts) or the suspension parts (axle shaft, tie rods, and control arms). You will still need to replace the front center engine splash shield. We have it and click here to order it. Happy shopping!

Not directly imminent/ won't cause any real damage. Would still recommend replacing after a while.

The splash cover is 1) to make it more attractive 2) if you spill oil, then it is easier to clean 3) lastly to protect certain wires and hoses from slashes.
