Hello there.
The presence of gravel dust in your vehicle is extremely inconvenient. There are two easy ways to keep dust out.
One is putting pressure on the inside. Close all your windows and doors, and set your air conditioning/heating to night and high (fan speed) without re-circulation. This will force fresh air into your vehicle, creating positive pressure inside the vehicle and preventing dust from being sucked in.
The second one is having canopy sliding windows. Even with tubs, canopies have sealing issues like car interiors. Even with liners and a canopy, pressurize the interior. When you open the rear sliding windows by the cab, fresh air is pulled into the canopy, creating positive air pressure. It may seem counter intuitive to leave a window open that can take in dust, but if you leave enough space so you aren't in the dust cloud of the vehicle in front of you, the window should be high enough to remain dust-free and positive pressure will ensure dust isn't sucked in at lower points like the tailgate.
We hope this helps. Have a wonderful day!
