Hello!
Is there a specific cylinder that is misfiring, or is it random/multiple cylinders? If a single cylinder is causing problems, I would consider swapping coils with another cylinder to make sure that one of your new coils was not bad. You could also try the same thing with a spark plug or even fuel injector. The last thing I would try is a compression test to make sure there is not a major issue with the engine, but that is unlikely. Do you have any other faults besides misfire faults?

Try using fuel injector cleaner.
If all else fails remove them and clean them.
