Hello!
I would check fuse 10 to make sure you are getting power to the sensors. The rest of the wires go straight to the PCM, so I would check for shorts or breaks between the oxygen sensor connectors and the PCM and repair any damaged wires you find.

Did you replace both o2 sensors? Up stream and down stream. One before your cat. Converter and one after. And make sure you clean your mass air flow sensor. If the problem still exist, you might need a new cat. Converter.
