There is a box with a white sticker on it that sticker has five digits followed by an l those five digits are your factory. It is on the spare tire jack area, left rear quarter panel, and passenger back door, remove the inner liner, toward the front should be the auto-lock box. On it will be the original door code. That code can never be replaced.

Hi there,
If your car's door keypad won't lock your doors and the driver door ajar light stays on, you may take these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check the battery: The first thing you should do is check the battery of the keypad. If the battery is dead or low, replace it and see if that resolves the issue.
- Check the wiring: Check the wiring of the door lock system and make sure all the connections are secure and not damaged. Loose or damaged wiring can cause the system to malfunction.
- Check the door latch: The door ajar light may be staying on because the door latch is not fully engaging. Check the door latch and make sure it's clean and not obstructed. You can also try lubricating it with a silicone-based lubricant.
- Check the door sensor: The door sensor may be faulty or damaged, causing the ajar light to stay on. Check the sensor and make sure it's not obstructed or damaged. If it is damaged, you may need to replace it.
- Check the keypad programming: If the keypad is not programmed correctly, it may not be able to lock or unlock the doors. Refer to your car's manual to ensure that the keypad is programmed correctly.
- Reset the system: Sometimes, resetting the system can fix the issue. Disconnect the battery for a few minutes and then reconnect it. This will reset the car's computer and may fix the issue.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to take your car to a mechanic or dealership to diagnose and fix the problem.

- Check the owner's manual: If none of the above methods work, check your car's owner's manual for specific instructions on how to unlock the door. It may contain information on how to manually unlock the door or how to reset the code for the door lock.
