Hello!
That is usually due to a misfire. This can happen under heavy load when the spark plugs or ignition coil is failing. I would scan the vehicle for faults to identify which cylinder is having an issue. You can then swap a coil, wire, or spark plug to another cylinder to isolate the failing part so you know what parts to order.
