Hello!
There could be several causes for that, such as a blend door or actuator, heater valve, or a clogged/corroded heater core. Is the blower working? You could try flushing the cooling system, but you will most likely need to investigate some more of the HVAC assembly behind the dash to find out for sure what's causing the problem.
