Hello!
Did all of those problems start at the same time? In any case, I would start by checking the fuses and relays related to the instrument cluster, power windows, and air conditioning. There may also be a common ground or power supply for some of these components, so I would check to make sure all connections are tight and not corroded. Electrical gremlins can be tough to find, so I would recommend consulting a local professional technician.

There is a fuse for the voltage regulator that could be blown or the regulator may need reset. If not could require repair or new regulator. A blown fuse caused the same thing to happen to my old 2001 malibu,, but I agree if this isn't the case then may be something with ground wire. Tends to mess with anything electrical. If so be careful because my jetta has this problem and the passenger air bag disengaged and the moon roof opens & closes whenever it feels like it. Had to take several fuses out due to safety until it's fixed. I hope this helps and you can get your car fixed soon and not too costly.
