Hi! Generally, a Lexus strut or shock may need to be replaced between 50k and 100k miles. We suggest replacing the rear shocks and coils before they cause damage to the ball joints, wheel hubs, and other components of the suspension. A new set will greatly improve your ride quality. Here, you might want to check these options:
Front-wheel drive (without air suspension)
All-wheel drive (without air suspension)
