Hi! Have you tried replacing the radiator cap? Sometimes the radiator stop leak works for a while, but, in the long run, you might need a new radiator. Is your Ecoboost a 2.7L or 3.5L? Knowing your complete vehicle details helps us recommend the right radiator cap (or radiator) for your truck. Feel free to respond to this thread again so we can further assist you. Have a good one!

It's a 3.5L It's the part ( nipplle ) that the fill tube is attached to. I used a high heat water resistant sealant on and around the tube and on the crack. It worked for awhile, but eventually it leaks again. II should get a new radiator.?

Hey gagejim60! Hello! It sounds like your radiator is cracked, so replacement will be your best bet. Click this link to view the radiators we have available for your model.
